Constitutional
Affidavit of Oath

Constitutional Affidavit of Oath:

All public officers are required statutorily and Constitutionally to take oaths of office to the national Constitution (and local and state officials also to their state Constitutions). Some of these officials do not, while most, if not all, of the others take either improper oaths or oaths to the wrong Constitution – the 1871 bogus one that was created by the 41st Congress and which pushed aside the original organic Constitution of 1787, without any lawful authority to do so.

Whether a government official took an oath or took it to the right Constitution or not, he or she is still bound to abide by the 1787 Constitution’s mandates because the Supreme Law of the Land, the 1787 Constitution is superior to all other statutes, rules, regulations, state Constitutions, whether federal, state, or local. This includes the 1871 “constitution”. Government officers derive all of their authority from that Constitution, and all of their actions while in office must be in compliance with the Constitution.

The Constitutional Affidavit of Oath is a means of confirming one’s fealty to the 1787 Constitution and is to be given to both candidates for public office and incumbents, regardless of whether they took oaths and regardless of whether they took proper oaths to the proper Constitution. This Affidavit includes a requirement that office incumbents and candidates alike not to accept funds, gifts, emoluments, or support of any type from lobbyists, vested interests and power forces, both domestic and foreign, who are dedicated to corruption, the destruction of America, her Constitution and her people.

When they sign and notarize the Constitutional Affidavit of Oath, they affirm that they are bound to the organic Constitution of 1787. Incumbents who refuse to sign and notarize this Constitutional Affidavit of Oath or who sign and notarize it but violate the Constitution afterwards are required by this Affidavit of Oath to resign from office per Sections 3 and 4 of the 14th Amendment.
